I confirm that my school have agreed to release me for three days per year to undertake my Masters Study as a condition of this scholarship programme. *

I confirm that I am able to attend and contribute to a Masters Scholarship virtual community of practice at least once a term. I have made my school aware of these sessions. *
Please confirm that you agree to share the benefits of your Masters course by disseminating your research. *

Please confirm that you agree to your name, school and University being on our website as someone benefiting from the Masters Scholarship Programme. *
Please confirm that you understand that, if, after the first year of grant funding your module and/or dissertation focus changes and is no longer related to religion and worldviews, funding may be withdrawn. *
Please confirm that you understand that if you withdraw from the Masters programme at any point the university may be asked to return any fees to Culham St Gabriel’s Trust. A University may contact you to reclaim any losses. *
