I work in a one-form entry school in Medway, Kent. Our school is part of a trust that encompasses a range of settings, including specialist SEN provision.

I applied for the programme to deepen my passion for and involvement in R.E. In recent years, I have been fortunate to work with my local SACRE and contribute across my trust, and I am keen to further develop my skills and knowledge in order to support and benefit others more effectively.

I love how RE encourages children to think beyond conventional boundaries. It is a richly diverse and enriching subject that is highly inclusive, and it is wonderful to hear the wide range of ideas and responses children share when exploring a question. The philosophical discussions it inspires are especially engaging.
